The debtor only has an initial for the given name, how do I enter it?
When re-entering the debtor name in the Debtor(s) section of the writ, given names can be accompanied by initials, but initials alone cannot be entered as a given name.
If a creditor has prepared a statutory declaration under the Execution Act to identify the debtor by at least one given name, enter those names into WritFiling.
Otherwise, a writ may need to be issued in paper and filed with the enforcement office.
