What is WritFiling?
WritFiling is an online application allowing legal professionals to electronically process and maintain writs of seizure and sale under the Rules of Civil Procedure and writs of seizure and sale of land under the Rules of the Small Claims Court, whether paper or electronically filed, across all jurisdictions in Ontario, without leaving the office. WritFiling is approved by the Ministry of the Attorney General and Teranet Inc.
