Note: Only the organization administrator can perform these tasks.
To designate a representative:
- From the Dashboard, select the link containing your company name, and select Manage.
The View organization page displays.
- Under the List of users for this organization header, select the link of the desired user’s name for the representative.
The View organization user page displays.
- Select Maintain organization user.
The Maintain organization user page opens.
- Under the Can act as a representative for the organization option, select Yes.
- Select Save user.
Note: The designated organization user will appear as an option for selection under the Representative tab when you issue and/or file a writ.
