How do I maintain my organization and users?

Note: Only the organization administrator can perform these tasks.

  • Update organization
  • Add organization user
  • Resend activation code
  • Unlock organization user
  • Delete organization user

To update your organization details:

  1. From the Dashboard, select the link containing your company name, and select Manage.

The View organization page displays.

  1. Select Maintain organization.
  2. Follow the prompts on-screen.

Note: If you select Yes on the Can act as a representative for the organization or Can act as a creditor for the organization, the organization will appear as an option for selection under the Creditor and Representative tabs when you issue and/or file a writ. See: How do I designate a lawyer from my organization as a representative?

  1. Select Save organization.

To add an organization user:

  1. From the Dashboard, select the link containing your company name, and select Manage.

The View organization page displays.

  1. Select Add organization user.

The Add organization user page displays.

  1. Follow the prompts on-screen to add the user details.
  2. Select Create user.

The user will appear in the user list for your organization.

To resend a user activation code:

  1. From the Dashboard, select the link containing your company name, and select Manage.

The View organization page displays.

  1. Select the link containing the pending user’s name.

The user’s details display.

  1. Select Resend activation code.

The activation code is sent to the email address associated with the user.

To unlock an organization user:

  1. From the Dashboard, select the link containing your company name, and select Manage.

The View organization page displays.

  1. Select the link containing the user’s name.

The user’s details display.

  1. Select Unlock account.

A confirmation message appears.

  1. Select Yes to confirm.

The account will be unlocked and an email will be sent to the user.

To delete a user from your organization:

  1. From the Dashboard, select the link containing your company name, and select Manage.

The View organization page displays.

  1. Select the link containing the user’s name.

The user’s details display.

  1. Select Delete this user.

A confirmation message appears.

  1. Select Yes to confirm.

The user will be removed from the list.
