How do I get signing authority?
Signing authority can only be granted to a lawyer or paralegal in good standing. When you register your user, you can request signing authority at that point, and the process to obtain your authority and RSA SecurID token process will be put in motion by Client Services.
If you are a lawyer or paralegal in good standing and already have a WritFiling account:
- From the hyperlink menu displaying your name, select Request signing authority.
The request signing authority page displays.
- Select the Signing authority required option.
- Select Submit.
Your request will be submitted to Client Services and you will receive an email with the next steps.
