Please be advised that as of July 18, 2020, the WritFiling fee for transactions in Teranet eXpress will increase from $29.95 to $32.95, and the writ withdrawal fee will decrease from $29.95 to $9.95.

 Fees include statutory services supplied on behalf of the Ontario Government under exclusive license, where payable.   

♦ Statutory Fees: fees payable under the Administration of Justice Act 

♦♦ Service Fees: other fees charged to the user for products or services delivered by WritFiling
